1. Acceptance of Terms

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification constitutes a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

9. Account Suspension and Termination

12.4 Arbitration

For disputes not resolved through customer support or PAGCOR complaints, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration rules. Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English in Metro Manila, Philippines.
